Shipping policy
Shipping rates may vary depending on the item being purchased, the cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Heavy and bulky items may incur additional shipping costs.
We use a variety of shipping companies for delivery who may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is home your delivery may be redirected to the Local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with Photo ID.
Some deliveries over 5kg and in some locations where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may instead be held at the local courier depot.
Normal dispatch time for orders that are in stock is 1 to 2 business days.
Please note this a guide only and may take longer following NSW public holidays or other periods of high volume.
Orders including items not in stock will normally be shipped as soon as the items return to stock. Any items not in stock are automatically back-ordered and a notification will be sent by email should that delay be longer than 5 business days.
We offer pickup of orders placed through our website at our store located at 379 Edward Street, Wagga Wagga, NSW. We will notify you by email when the order has been completed to confirm that it is ready for collection.
Please note that for security reasons, restrictions apply to the collection of orders paid online by Visa/Mastercard by persons other than the cardholder, we may require proof of identification before releasing the order.
These restrictions do NOT apply to orders paid by Paypal or Direct Deposit.
